侵彻土壤时的引信离心销反恢复机构正确性仿真方法

         

摘要

In order to make sure the centrifugal pin locking device could work correctly when proj ectile penetra-ted the soil,the method that comparing the critical rotating speed of the centrifugal pin locking device when the projectile penetrated the soil with the ballistic rotating speed in the same speed was proposed.The simulation re-sults and experimental verification showed that the critical rotating speed of the centrifugal pin locking device was less than the ballistic rotating speed in the same speed,which showed that the centrifugal pin locking device could work reliably when the proj ectile penetrated the soil.This result was consistent with the experimental re-sult,which showed that the method was feasible.Moreover,the working reliability of the centrifugal pin loc-king device increased first,and then decreased with the increase of the angle.The lower the rotating speed was, the penetration environment was greater influence on the working reliability of the centrifugal pin locking device.%针对弹丸侵彻土壤时无法判断引信离心销反恢复机构能否正确作用,提出了判断侵彻土壤时引信离心销反恢复机构正确性的仿真方法.该方法通过比较仿真得到的弹丸侵彻土壤时离心销反恢复机构的临界转速与对应速度下弹道转速的大小来判定其能否正确作用.仿真结果及试验验证表明,离心销反恢复机构临界转速都小于同速度下的弹道转速,即弹丸侵彻土壤过程中该型离心销反恢复机构能可靠作用,与实验结果一致,该方法可行.另外,由分析得到着角在中间某一角度范围内的侵彻环境对离心销反恢复机构的工作可靠性影响较大;着地转速越小,侵彻环境对离心销反恢复机构的可靠性影响越大;着地速度越大,侵彻环境对离心销反恢复机构的可靠性影响也越大.
