桃花源与瓦尔登湖：虚实之间的隐逸诉求

The Peach Blossom Wonderland is the carriage of the reclusive ideology of Tao Yuan-ming, while Walden is the place where Henry David Thoreau lived in. The two of them share the same value but differ greatly in essence. The former one is a visionary place, which shows the transcendence of materialism and is a psychology of contentment in poverty, while the latter one is a concrete place, which is a try of the western acad- emicians for reclusion. Thoreau went on a different road from Tao Yuan-ming by basing on real life with a low requirement for material things.%桃花源是陶渊明隐逸思想的载体,瓦尔登湖是梭罗隐居思考的现实场所,二者既有共同的价值取向,又在本质上存在着极大的差异。前者是虚境,表现为对物质的超越,是一种儒道会通、安贫乐道的精神图式;后者为实境,是以梭罗为代表的西方学者追求隐逸的有效尝试。立足于现实生活,对物质的低需求和对基本生活的精细经营,使梭罗走了一条异于陶渊明的隐逸之路。
