家族势力对农村公共事务治理的影响及对策

随着现代村民自治的推行，在农村出现了村党支部、村委会、经济组织、社会组织、家族势力等多种力量管理公共事务的局面，其中家族力量不容忽视，迫切需要发挥政府的主导性作用，把家族力量纳入有效政策监督和管理的范围，对家族的活动和运作加以规范和指导，对农村家族势力进行控制和引导，以塑造社会公共事务治理的良性秩序。%With the development of modern village autonomy, public affairs in rural areas are managed by a variety of forces, namely, the village Party branch, the village committee, economic organizations, social organi-zations, clans, etc. Among them, the role of the clans cannot be overlooked. There is a desperate need for the government to gain efficient supervision and management over clan forces. Furthermore, the government is also supposed to standardise and guide the clan activities control and guide the rural clan forces in order to shape a proper order of social public affairs.
