1950年苏南地区整风运动的历史与经验

摘要

The CPC conducted a rectification movement of how to rectify the cadre ' s work style in 1950 . This movement was combined with the land reform, so the cadres were classified into 2 groups, reform participants( rectified by massive learning ) and non-reform participants ( rectified by on-site learning ) . The movement both guaranteed the cadre's work style in the early years of new China and was enlightening in that it payed much attention to the cadre's work style from the most important angle, made the rectification movement as a principal means and anti-corruption as the center in the construction of the cadre, etc. Those points shine some light on the current cadre working style construction.%1950年整风运动的重点是整顿干部的工作作风。地方各级政府开展这一运动与土改相结合，将干部分成参加土改者和不参加土改者，前者的整风以集中学习为主，后者的整风以在职学习为主。这次整风运动不仅有助于干部工作作风的转变，而且也取得了一些经验：一是从生死存亡的高度重视干部的工作作风问题；二是把整风运动作为改进干部工作作风的主要方法；三是加强干部的作风建设，必须要以反腐倡廉为中心，各级领导干部必须率先垂范。这些经验对当下的干部工作作风建设有借鉴的效用。
