围绕人Kazal型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因于的结构、主要成员及其抗肿瘤作用做一综述。Kazal型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子在机体内发挥重要的生理作用，具有广泛的研究和应用价值。它们在各种肿瘤中有着或高或低的表达，与肿瘤发生、发展相关，可能成为肿瘤治疗的新标靶。%This paper reviews the structures, key members and anti-tumor effects of human Kazal-type serine protease inhibitors. Kazal-type serine protease inhibitors play an important role in physiology, and also have extensive value of research and applications. They have a higher or lower expression levels in different types of tumor, and relate with initiation and development. They may become a new target for oncotherapy.
