The imperial clan enjoyed military glory, hereditary rights and the system of emperors＇ favors to civil ＆ military officials as well as others like the imperial examination system and the system of people without official rank entering into bureaucracy. With these privileges, the imperial clan was nominated or promoted more easily than other classes. With Jin Dynasty developing from rise to fall, the imperial clan failed to enjoy as many political privileges as before, which was closely related to its internal power struggle in the dynasty.
