辽宁财政支持中小企业发展对策分析

摘要

辽宁中小企业在快速发展过程中，财政起到了重要的支持作用。本文从辽宁财政对中小企业发展的积极效应与存在问题分析的基础上，分别从组织支持、金融支持和社会化服务等方面探讨了促进辽宁中小企业发展的财政支持体系。%The process of rapidly development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Liaoning, finance plays an important role in supporting. Based on analyzing the positive effect and the problems of Liaoning financial to development of SME, this paper discusses the financial support system to promote the development of SME in Liaoning, respectively from the aspects of support of organization, financial support and socialized service support.
