个体化延续护理对人工全髋关节置换术患者康复情况的研究

摘要

探讨个体化延续护理服务对人工全髋关节置换术患者康复情况及自理能力恢复的影响。选取行人工全髋关节置换术患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组30例，观察组30例，对照组给予常规的出院护理指导，观察组给予延续护理服务，通过 Harris 评分、Barthel 指数评分对患者康复情况进行评价。观察组出院后1个月、3个月 Harris评分、Bathel 指数评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。个体化延续护理服务可以促进人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复，改善其生活质量。%To explore the impact of rehabilitation of individual continuity of nursing care for patients with total hip replacement and recover of self-care ability. 60 patients undergoing total hip replacement were recruited in the study, and were divided into the control group and observed group.30 patients in the observed group were given continuity of nursing care, 30 patients in the control group were given health education. Patients were evaluated by Barthel score and Harris hip joint function Scale. The patients' Barthel score and Harris hip joint function scale in the observed group were much higher than them of control group after 1month,3months. The individual continuity of nursing care can contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with total hip replacement and improve their quality of life.
