As an important role of Mighty Handful, a social cultural power that emerged under the circumstances of the climax of Russian social movement in 1860s, Borodin could be regarded as a very talented musician. The end of the 60s is his crest stage of composition. Throughout his life, Borodin composed three symphonies, among which the Symphony No.2 meant a lot more to the composer. This work embodies the heroic achievement together with the bold and unconstrained figures of the ancient Russian warriors. And it is more important that at the same time the music speaks Borodin’s eager for life. This article is going to discuss the detail from the three aspects of the life, Russian Mighty Handful and Symphony No.5 of Borodin.%作为十九世纪六十年代俄罗斯社会运动高涨的条件下出现的一个社会文化力量——“强力集团”的重要人物，鲍罗丁可以说是一位才华横溢的音乐家；六十年代末是他创作的顶峰时期。鲍罗丁一生创作了三首交响曲，而《第二交响曲》对于鲍罗丁有着更为重要的意义；这部作品体现出了古俄罗斯勇士昔日的英雄业绩及其大胆、豪放的形象；更为重要的是也体现出了鲍罗丁在音乐中对生命的渴望。本文将从鲍罗丁的生平、俄罗斯“强力集团”以及鲍罗丁的《第二交响曲》这三方面展开论述。
