THz空间通信可行性及需求分析

         

摘要

Terahertz (THz) communication has a broadly applied prospect in the future space communication field with high speed. At present, most THz communication researches focus on devices breakthroughs and building ground short-range communication system. Feasibility and requirement analysis of THz space communication have not been carried out. In this paper, the progress in THz communication technology over the past few years is reviewed, considering THz device development level, the feasibility and requirement of THz space communication is analyzed. It is concluded that, satellite layer communications can be achieved in all THz band. But communication frequency of the electron emission system and the photoelectron emission system should be respectively more than 7.43THz and 27.8TH when communicate between multilayer. For the photoelectron emission system is influenced by the background light, it is better to adopt the electron emission system in multilayer communication.%太赫兹(THz)在高速率通信方面具有广阔的应用前景,目前国内外THz通信研究主要集中在器件的突破和地面短距离通信系统的搭建,对THz空间通信的可行性和需求分析尚未开展。综述了近几年国内外THz通信最新研究进展,以现有THz源及探测器等器件发展水平为依据,开展THz空间通信的可行性和需求分析。得出现有器件水平,可在THz全波段满足卫星层内的通信需求,但完成层间通信时,全电子器件与光电子器件发射系统的通信频段分别需大于7.43 THz和27.8 THz,否则需要增大THz源的发射功率。由于光电子器件发射系统由于受到背景光的影响较大,因此,长距离通信(层间通信)时,更宜采用全电子器件发射系统。
