面向联合国可持续发展目标的负责任创新和全局性工程

摘要

为了实现联合国的可持续发展目标,必须实施负责任创新,推广全局性工程,以整体、全面的眼光看待高度复杂系统中的技术干预,加强参与者的对话,解决各种相互交织的伦理问题.全局性工程的开展涉及融通性、相关性和协调性3个维度,需要科学家、工程师和人文社会科学工作者的通力合作.%To achieve the sustainable development goal of the UN,it is essential to implement responsible inno-vation,prompt comprehensive engineering,take integral and comprehensive insight into the technological in-tervention of an extremely complicated system,enhance the communication between participants as well as re-solve varieties of ethical issues that interweave with each other.The development of comprehensive engineering consists of three dimensions,i.e,fusion,relevance and coordination.This requests full cooperation among sci-entists,engineers as well as humanities and social professionals.
