基于DEA-Malmquist指数法的中国食品工业绿色全要素生产率评价

摘要

运用2006—2014年中国食品工业的面板数据,采用熵值法测度中国食品工业的环境污染综合指数,应用DEA-Malmquist方法在综合考虑环境污染和能源消耗问题的基础上测度中国各类食品工业绿色全要素生产率.研究发现,2006—2014年,食品工业环境污染指数大致呈现一个先上升后下降再上升的走势;2006—2014年,中国食品工业绿色全要素生产率M almquist指数基本呈现一个波动上升的趋势;2006—2014年,中国食品工业的技术效率平均值较小,但基本呈现上升趋势,只有农副食品加工业的技术效率一直保持有效性.%The environmental pollution index of China's food industry was measured by entropy method based on the panel data of China's food industry in 2006 -2014 .DEA-Malmquist method was used based on environmental pollution and energy consumption to measure green total factor productivity of all types of China's food industry in 2006 -2014 . T he results indicated that environmental pollution index of food industry shows a rise-down-up trend in 2006 -2014 .Green total factor productivity of food industry shows a rising trend in 2006 -2014 .The average technical efficiency of food industry is low ,but technical efficiency shows a rising trend .Only the technical efficiency of agricultural food processing industry remains effective .
