GREEN SPACE EVALUATION DEVICE AND GREEN SPACE EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the maintenance of a green space so as to enhance psychological and physiologic effects to persons.SOLUTION: A measurement part 12 measures an evaluation of the spatial form of a green space, an effect recognized by an action, and a satisfaction level of health related QOL (quality of life). A factor analysis part 13 obtains a first factor expressing a relationship between the spatial form and the evaluation of the spatial form of the green space, a second factor expressing a relationship between utilization behavior and the effect recognized by the behavior, and a third factor between the health related QOL and the satisfaction level of the health related QOL. A model construction part 14 associates the spatial form with the first factor, a utilization form with the second factor, and the health related QOL with the third factor, and constructs a green space/health related QOL affection structural model. A structural equation modeling part 15 analyzes the green space/health related QOL affection structural model to calculate a pass coefficient, a determination coefficient, and a factor score.
