Oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were determined in gammarid Eogammarus sinensis kept in a respiratory chamber for 4 h at water temperature of 16 ,20 ,24 ,28 and 32 ℃, a salinity of 15 ,20 ,25 ,30 , and 35, and pH of 5,6,7,8,and 9 to study the basic metabolism of gammarid. It was fond that the oxygen con-sumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were increased as the temperature was increased, with the maximal oxy-gen consumption rate [ 0 . 993 mg/( g · h ) ] at 32 ℃, and the maximal ammonia excretion rate [ 0 . 062 00μg/( g·h) ] at 28 ℃. The gammarid had the suitable growth range from 20℃ to 28℃. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were shown to be decreased with the increase in salinity, with the minimal oxygen consumption rate [0. 500 mg/(g·h)] and the ammonia excretion rate[0. 009 6μg/(g·h)] at 30 which was the isotonic point of the gammarid. However, the 0. 630 5 mg/(g·h) and the ammonia excretion rate[0. 083 0μg/( g·h) ] were increased with increase in pH, with the maximal oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excre-tion rate at pH 8 .%为了研究中华原钩虾Eogammarus sinensis的基础代谢,采用控制微生态因子的方法,在密闭静水环境条件下,分别将平均湿质量为7.10 mg的中华原钩虾置于不同温度(16、20、24、28、32℃)、不同盐度(15、20、25、30、35)和不同pH (5、6、7、8、9)的呼吸瓶中4 h,然后测定其耗氧率和排氨率。结果表明:中华原钩虾的耗氧率在32℃时达最大值,为0.993 mg/( g·h),排氨率在28℃时达最大值,为0.06200μg/( g·h),确定20~28℃是其适宜生长的温度范围;耗氧率和排氨率随盐度的升高先降低后升高,当盐度到达30时,中华原钩虾的耗氧率和排氨率均达到最低值,分别为0.500 mg/( g · h )和0.0096μg/( g·h),确定盐度为30是中华原钩虾的等渗点;耗氧率和排氨率随pH值的升高先升高后降低,当pH为8时,耗氧率和排氨率均达到了最大值,分别为0.6305 mg/( g·h)和0.0830μg/( g·h)。
