白藜芦醇在人体内生物利用度的研究进展

摘要

Numerous studies showed that the polyphenolic compound resveratrol has variety of beneficial pharmacological properties including its anti-tumor effect.However, few experimental data have been available on resveratrol in humans, and because of various conditions of administration and different analysis methods in the experimental process, making these results fragmentary and sometimes contradictory.Therefore, this article reviewed the results of the bioavailability of resvera-trol in humans.%白藜芦醇（resvratrol，Res）的化学名称为3，5，4’－三羟基二苯乙烯，是存在于葡萄、花生、虎杖、决明、藜芦等植物中的一种多酚类化合物，具有抗肿瘤等多种有益的药理活性。然而，白藜芦醇在人体内的研究报道较少，而且给药条件的多变性和分析方法不同等因素，均能影响其生物利用度。本文就白藜芦醇在人体内生物利用度的研究进展进行综述。
