腕管的腔隙解剖学结构特征和临床研究进展

摘要

人体腔隙学是从腔隙的角度研究人体结构,描述腔隙外壁的构成以及邻近结构,腔隙内容物的走行、分布特点与变异,并将解剖空间特点与临床紧密结合,分析疾病的发生发展,指导临床诊疗实践.腕管作为人体腔隙结构的一部分,其解剖结构特点与临床疾病尤其是腕管综合征的进展、减压方法等密切相关,本文对腕管解剖结构,包括壁的构成和内容物特点,以及腕管综合征的病因、病理生理、临床表现和诊断及治疗等研究进展进行综述.%The aims of spacial anatomy is to study spaces in human body by describing wall formation of space and adjacent structures, courses/distribution characters and variation of contents inside.It also analyse occurance and development of disease to guide practice of diagnosis and treatment by combining anatomical spatial characteristics with clinic.The carpal canal is a part of human body spaces formed by transverse ligment and carpal bones.Its anatomical spatial characteristics is closely related to clinical diseases, especially the development of carpal tunnel syndrome and decompression methods.We reviewed anatomical structure of carpal tunnel, including the structure of the wall and the characteristics of the contents as well as the etiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment.We hope that it will be helpful for clinic.
