城市轨道车辆装配车间物流分析与布局改善

         

摘要

分析了城轨车辆装配的工艺流程,介绍了目前城轨车辆装配采用的主要布局模式.以某典型城轨装配车间为例,利用布局和物流路径图、F-D图等对车间原始布局和物流进行分析,找出存在的问题,据此对车间布局进行改善,得到新的车间布局和物料搬运路径,并对改善后的效果进行分析.与改善前相比,改善后大大缩短了物流距离、减少物流量和拥堵,达到降低物流成本、提高装配效率的目的.%The process flow of urban rail vehicle assembly is analyzed,and the main layout mode of urban rail vehicle assembly is introduced. Taking a typical urban rail assembly workshop as an example,the original lay-out and logistics are analyzed by the layout and logistics path diagram and the F-D diagram. Some problems are found out and the workshop layout is improved. The new workshop layout and material handling route are obtained,and the improvement effect is analyzed. Compared with before improvement,the logistics distance is shortened,and the logistics intensity and congestion are reduced,so the logistics cost is reduced and the as-sembly efficiency is improved.
