大连市小学数学教师专业知识和能力调查研究

摘要

The particular investigation and study of Dalian primary school math teachers' professional knowledge and ability have been made. The problems and teachers' needs are summarized. The paper pro-poses that hierarchical evaluation standards should be built to promote teachers' professional development and realize the effectiveness of teachers' training.%对大连市小学数学教师的专业知识和能力进行了专项调查和分析，总结出教师存在的问题与培训需求，提出要建立分层的教师评价标准，以促进教师的专业发展，增强教师教育的有效性。
