严重暴力恐怖事件所致批量伤员的救护与体会--以昆明“301”事件为例

摘要

Objective: To review the successful experience of rescuing the batch wounded in Kunming "301" serious incidence of violence and terrorism so as to improve the efficiency of emergency treatment. Methods:The emergency management of unexpected public event was launched immediately. The batch wounded were rescued and treated quickly. Results:All patients were rescued and treated in 15 to 60 minutes after arriving at the emergency department, which had provided a powerful life channel for emergency operations and other further treatments and achieved good results. Conclusion:Third class A level hospital deals with the unexpected public events orderly, timely and efficiently.%目的：回顾昆明“301”严重暴力恐怖事件批量伤员在我院急诊科救护成功经验，提高对突发事件急诊救治效率。方法：对成批量送至的伤员，迅速按照三级甲等医院应对突发公众事件应急流程进行伤员救治。结果：昆明“301”严重暴力恐怖事件成批量伤员的救护过程中，迅速按照国家三级甲等医院应对突发公众事件应急流程进行救治伤员，所有病员均在抵达急诊科后15~60 min内完成初步的抢救，为急诊手术及其他进一步救治方案，提供了有力的生命通道，并取得良好效果。结论：三级甲等医院对突发公众事件按应急流程处置具有有序、及时、高效和科学性。
