艾滋病患者肾脏曲霉菌感染CT表现病例报道

摘要

目的:探讨艾滋病患者肾脏曲霉菌感染影像特点,为临床诊断提供依据.方法:对艾滋病患者进行腹部CT增强扫描,观察影像表现.结果:病灶强化具有一定特异性,CT特征性改变对诊断十分重要.结论:肾脏曲霉菌感染较少见,艾滋病患者由于机体功能低下,易伴发曲霉菌感染,影像诊断需结合临床及病理学检查.%Objective:To explore the imaging features of renal aspergillosis infections in AIDS patients and provide basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:The AIDS patients underwent abdominal CT enhanced scanning,and the imaging findings were observed.Results:Enhanced lesions were specific,and the characteristic changes of CT were very important for diagnosis.Conclusion:The cases of renal aspergillosis infections are rare,but due to low body function,AIDS patients are infected with aspergillosis easily.Image diagnosis should be combined with clinical and pathological examinations.
