Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound. Methods: The clinical data of 68 patients confirmed by surgery or conservative treatment as ectopic pregnancy from December 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound and the diagnosis accuracy of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound and combined application were compared. Results: The diagnosis rate of combined ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound were 95.6%(65/68), 82.3% (56/68), 76.5%(52/68), respectively. The diagnosis rate of combined ultrasound was higher than transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound alone.There were statistically significant difference between combined ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound or abdominal ultrasound alone(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound(P>0.05). Conclusion: The transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy,which has great clinical value.%目的:探讨阴道超声联合腹部超声在宫外孕诊断上的临床价值.方法:选取2015年12月至2017年12月收治的68例患者为研究对象,均被确诊为宫外孕且均行经腹、经阴道超声检查.比较经腹、经阴道和二者联合检查的准确率.结果:阴道联合腹部超声对宫外孕的诊断率为95.6%(65/68),明显高于单一阴道超声的82.3%(56/68)和单一腹部超声的76.5%(52/68),诊断符合率显著提高(P<0.05);腹部超声和阴道超声比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:阴道超声联合腹部超声显著提高了异位妊娠诊断的准确性,具有较大的临床价值.
