基于微粒群优化算法的计划评审技术改进

     

摘要

Concerning the lack of directional instructions and quantitative standardization in the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) that is commonly used in the progress of project management, an improved method of PERT based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was proposed through the introduction of PSO. The method used the PERT method of determining the process time on the project and combined the ideas and principles of the standard PSO algorithm to improve the traditional PERT. The simulation results show that the improved PERT gives a more optimized and more accurate quantitative control standards on the project process, can get better controlling and regulating ability to the whole project process compared with the traditional PERT.%针对项目进度管理中常用的计划评审技术(PERT)缺乏方向性指示和定量标准化的不足,通过引入微粒群优化(PSO)算法,提出了一种基于PSO对PERT的改进方法.该方法利用PERT对项目工序时间确定的方法,结合标准PSO算法的思想及原理,对传统PERT进行了改进.仿真实验结果表明,改进后的PERT对项目的过程和整体给出了一个更为优化、更为准确的定量控制标准,比传统的PERT对整个项目过程的控制和调节能力更加突出和有效.
