金属面EPS泡沫夹芯板的对火反应特性和火蔓延特性

         

摘要

利用3种强度汽油火源引燃金属面可发性聚苯乙烯泡沫夹芯板(EPS彩钢板),分别采用ISO9705房屋/墙角试验装置和热电偶束测定了不同处理方式下的板材对火反应特性和火蔓延特性.结果发现,3种强度火源下封边加固板材峰值热释放速率为未封边板材的0.1倍、0.5倍和0.8倍,最高温度范围分别为35~ 249℃、61~820℃和50~527℃,水平方向0.1 ~0.3m距离内最高平均蔓延速率分别为0.09 ~2 cn/s、1.4 ~ 10 cm/s和4.4~10 cm/s,火源功率增大可使达到同—温度的传播速率最高增大100倍,同一时刻水平和垂直方向上不同测点温度呈现一阶指数衰减的分布规律.采用槽铝和白铁皮覆盖夹芯板面板边缘处并均匀使用铆钉加固后,夹芯板整体燃烧性能被有效抑制,对外墙保温板材的应用方式具有积极借鉴意义.%Gasoline pool fires with three fire powers were used to ignite EPS panels treated with and without edge sealing and reinforcement. The ISO9705 full-scale room/corner test apparatus and thermocouple trees were adopted to measure the reaction-to-fire properties and fire spread properties. The results show that, under three fire powers, the peak heat release rate values of edge-sealed and incision-strengthened panels are 0.1, 0.5 and 0.8 times those of unsealed panels, the maximum temperatures lie within the range of 35?49?, 61?20 ? and 50?27 ?, and the maximum average spread rates in 0.1?.3 m horizontal distances lie within the range of 0.09? cm/s, 1.4?0 cm/s and 4.4?0 cm/s, respectively. As fire power increases, the spread rate reaching the same temperature at various measuring points can increase as high as 100 times. The temperatures at various horizontal and vertical points at the same moment distribute as the first order decay exponent. All the data indicate that the overall burning properties are effectively restrained when EPS panels are wrapped peripherally with aluminium slots/ galvanized iron sheet and strengthened evenly with rivets, which provides positive references for insulation panels of exterior walls.
