生物质气化氧化区反应过程的动力学模型

         

摘要

在考虑湍流、辐射换热及主要化学反应机理的基础上,建立了生物质气化工艺中氧化区反应过程动力学数学模型,既考虑了气气同相反应,也包括碳气异相反应.通过与实验结果、文献数据等进行对比,从温度场、焦油裂解、气体成分3个方面综合验证了模型的有效性.最后,利用所建模型计算了热解温度对氧化区反应过程的影响,分析了各种物质在氧化区内的变化规律.%A dynamic mathematical model of reaction process in partial oxidation area of biomass gasification technology was developed based on the main chemical reaction mechanisms,including gas-gas homogeneous reactions and gas-solid heterogeneous reactions,which systematically considered the influence of turbulence and radiation heat transfer.The model validity was verified from the respects of temperature field,tar crack and gas composition through comparing with experimental results and reference data.Finally,the influence of pyrolysis temperature on the reaction process of partial oxidation field was calculated and the changing rules of various reactants in oxidation field were analyzed using the developed model.
