鼓泡床-输运床耦合反应器固体物料的循环流动特性

         

摘要

In this paper,the experimental system of coupled bubbling bed-transport bed continuous CO2 capture system was designed and constructed,and the characteristics of the external circulation of the material were stud-ied.The effects of the center wind gas flow,the static bed height of bubbling section and the fluidization number of the bubbling section on the material transportation amount were investigated.The effects of loose wind gas flow,return wind gas flow and the static bed height of bubbling section on the U-valve material returning amount were also investigated.The result shows that the static bed height of bubbling section and the central air gas flow have a great influence on the amount of material transportation.The material transportation amount increases with the increase of the static bed height of bubbling section and the center wind gas flow.The fluidization number has little influence on the material transportation amount.The effect of return air and resting bed height on the material returning amount is small.On the contrary,when the return wind gas flow is fixed,the material returning amount increases linearly with the increase of loose wind.%自行设计并搭建了鼓泡床-输运床耦合连续脱碳实验系统并对其物料外循环特性进行了研究,试验研究了中心风风量、鼓泡段流化数、鼓泡床静止床高对物料输送量的影响以及松动风、返料风、鼓泡床静止床高对U型阀返料量的影响.结果表明:静止床高和中心风风量均对物料输送量有较大影响,输送量随静止床高和中心风风量的增加而增加,但随中心风风量增加,物料输送量的增加趋势趋缓;鼓泡段流化数对物料输送量的影响较小;返料风和静止床高对返料量的影响较小;固定返料风,返料量随松动风的增加近似呈线性增加.
