Objective To explore the expression of survivin in human colorectal cancer tissue and its relationship of biologic characteristic and some pathological factors in clinic. Methods We determined the mR-NA of survivin in 60 human colorectal cancer tissue specimens and adjacent normal colorectal tissue. Even more, analyzed the relationship between the expression and biologic characteristic, pathological factors in clinic. Results The expressive levels of survivin in 60 colorectal cancer samples raised obviously, while no expression was observed in adjacent normal colorectal tissue. The expression of survivin showed no significant relationship to the sex of patients as well as the size, location and tissue differentiation grade of cancers, while was closely related to Dukes stage and presence or absence of metastasis in lymph node. Conclusion Survivin was highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissue and closely related to the pathological factors such as pathological stage and metastasis in lymph node. It indicated that survivin might play an ortant role in theoccurrence,progression and prognosis of colorectal cancer.%目的 探讨survivin在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学特性及临床特性之间的相关性.方法 应用RT-PCR方法检测60份结直肠癌组织及40例癌旁正常组织标本中survivin的表达,并分析其与肿瘤临床特性及生物学特性之间的相关性.结果 survivin在结直肠癌中的表达较癌旁正常组织明显升高(P<0.05).在癌组织中,survivin的表达与患者的性别、肿瘤大小、部位及组织分化程度无明显相关性,但与Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关.结论 survivin在结直肠癌组织中高表达,并与肿瘤Dukes分期及淋巴转移相关,提示检测survivin可以反应肿瘤的侵袭性,为评估肿瘤的预后提供参考.
