正常成人声带区解剖结构的超声成像

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the imaging ability of ultrasonography for anatomic structure of vocal cord area.Methods Ultrasonography was performed on 104 healthy volunteers.The anterior cross sections of vocal cord area were observed from front to back,taking thyroid cartilage as the acoustic window,and their real-time movements were also observed.The ultrasonographic features were summarized and the distribution of ultrasonic imaging levels in gender and its difference in age were analyzed,respectively.Results The imaging ability of ultrasonography for vocal cord was manifested as the imaging depth.Detection rates of vocal cord structures were 100% in thyroid cartilage,93.97% in false vocal cord,true vocal cord and arytenoid cartilage,84.62% in rima glottidis and 73.08% in arytenoid muscle,posterior lamina of cricoid cartilage,respectively.There were significant differences of ultrasonic imaging levels in gender and of ages between different levels(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a good imaging ability of ultrasonography for anatomic structures of vocal cord area in normal healthy adults,which can meet the need of study on evaluating vocal cord paralysis with ultrasonography.%目的 评价超声显示正常成人声带区结构的能力.方法 对104例健康成人行声带区超声检查,以甲状软骨为声窗,采取前侧横切面,从前至后显示声带区结构,实时观察声带区结构的运动情况.总结声带区解剖结构声像图特点,分析超声成像水平在不同性别及年龄中的差异.结果 超声对声带区各解剖结构的显示率分别为:甲状软骨100%,假声带、真声带及杓状软骨93.97%,声门裂84.62%,杓肌、后侧环状软骨板及环杓后肌73.08%.超声成像水平在不同性别和年龄方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 超声对正常成人声带区解剖结构具有较好的显示能力,可满足超声评价声带麻痹研究的需要.
