手足口病患儿血清细胞因子与免疫球蛋白水平检测和分析

摘要

目的 探讨不同病情手足口病患儿血清IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10和免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA的水平变化及其临床意义.方法 收集手足口病患儿47例,根据病情分为普通组25例、重症组22例,另选取健康同龄儿童10例作为对照组,用ELISA方法分别检测血清细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α,IL-6、IL-10水平,用免疫比浊法分别检测免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA水平.结果 重症手足口病患儿血清细胞因子水平较正常对照组升高(P＜0.01),差异有统计学意义;IgM、IgG、IgA水平较正常对照组明显下降(P＜0.01),差异有统计学意义.结论 重症手足口病患儿高浓度的血清细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α及低浓度免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA,提示病毒在入侵机体后引起机体强烈的炎性和抗炎反应.%Objective To study the diversify and clinical significance of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and IgM,IgG,IgA in different conditions of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 47 cases of children with HFMD were divided into mild group and severe group under the condition, 10 cases of healthy children were taken as control group at the same period.The IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were tested by enzyme-link immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The IgM,IgG,IgA were tested by the immunoturbidimetric assay.Results The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were compared among three groups,there were statistically significant differences between control group and severe group (P＜0.01),values of severe group were significantly higher than the other.The levels of IgM,IgG,IgA were compared among three groups, there were statistically significant differences between control group and severe group (P＜0.01), values of severe group were significantly lower than the other.Conclusion The high concentrations of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and the low levels of IgM,IgG,IgA in children with severe HFMD suggests that patients experience severe inflammatory and antiinflammatory reaction when the virus attacks the body.
