目的 探索建立一种简便、可靠的供实验研究用的犬主动脉弓部创伤性动脉瘤模型.方法 实验用比格犬全麻成功后,左侧开胸.暴露主动脉弓,在主动脉弓外侧壁用阻断钳钳夹侧壁主动脉1/2管腔,剪开阻断钳内的全层血管壁,直径约10mm,用6-0 Prolene线与牛颈静脉缝合,排气、胀肺后关胸.结果 实验后即时、1周通过CTA检查显示主动脉弓部创伤性脉瘤形成,证明建模成功.结论 本实验可以较为简便地建立犬主动脉弓部创伤性动脉瘤模型.%Objective To establish a simple and dependable canine model of traumatic aortic arch aneurysm for experimental research. Methods After a successful anesthesia, beagles were operated by left thoracotomy. After the exposure of the aorta arch, Satinsky clamp was used to clamp the half of the aortic lumen on the lateral of the aortic arch,hemal wall inside the clamp was cut and the diameter was a-bout 10 mm. Then the artery was sutured to the cattle neck veins with 6-0 prolene lines,and the sternal closure was performed after exhaustion and lung inflation. Results The establishment of traumatic aneurysm model was confirmed by CTA on the very day of experiment and 7th day after experiment. Conclusion This method can establish a simple and dependable canine model of traumatic aortic arch aneurysm.
