Meckel's憩室研究进展

摘要

Meckel's憩室是胃肠道最常见的先天性发育畸形,是真性憩室病,其结构包括回肠肠壁的各层.Meckel's憩室在人群中的发生率为2.0％,大多数病人无临床症状,偶尔在尸检、剖腹手术中发现,临床上诊断较为困难.临床表现主要为相关并发症导致的症状,如肠梗阻、消化道出血、憩室炎等,治疗方案以手术治疗为主.%Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital malformations of the gastrointes tinal tract.It is a true diverticulum which containing all layers of the ileum wall.Meckel's diverticulum was reported that the overall incidence rate was 2％.Most of the diverticulums didn't have clinical symptoms,that were occasionally found in autopsy or laparotomy.So diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum is very difficult.Clinical manifestations are mainly caused by complications,including intestinal obstruction,gastrointestinal bleeding,diverticulitis and so on.The treatment is given priority to surgical treatment.
