彩色多普勒超声在儿童桡骨小头半脱位的诊断与治疗中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the signs of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of radial head subluxation in children and evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of radial head subluxation in children in the diagnosis of radial head subluxation.Methods Retrospectively analyse of color doppler ultrasound image of 42 children with radial head subluxation.The results were compared with X-ray and the color doppler ultrasonography of contralateral elbow.Results Annular ligament incarcerated in the humeroradial joint was observed on the color doppler ultrasonography clearly which can provide guidance for reset.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 100％.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of the radial head subluxation,which provided a safe and reliable method for the diagnosis of radial head subluxation.%目的 探讨儿童桡骨小头半脱位彩色多普勒超声图像的表现,评估彩色多晋勒超声对儿童桡骨小头半脱位的诊断价值.方法 收治桡骨小头半脱位患儿42例,回顾性分析患侧肘关节彩色多普勒超声图像特点,并与X片及健侧肘关节彩色多普勒超声图像比较.结果 彩色多普勒超声可清晰观察到肱桡关节间嵌顿的环状韧带,并指导复位,其诊断的符合率达到100％.结论 肘关节彩色多普勒超声可有效诊断桡骨小头半脱位,为成功复位提供影像学依据,避免漏诊及误诊.
