RapidflapTM LS可吸收颅骨锁在儿童颅骨复位中的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 分析在儿童颅骨复位中应用RapidflapTM LS可吸收颅骨锁的临床疗效及预后.方法 行颅骨骨瓣复位的患儿64例,试验组28例,采用RapidflapTM LS可吸收颅骨锁固定骨瓣,观察组36例,采用传统材料固定骨瓣,比较两种固定方式颅骨复位术后并发症的发生率,并观察其对儿童生长发育的影响.结果 观察组出现皮下积液和双侧颅骨发育不对称各3例,试验组出现皮下积液2例,经穿刺抽吸并加压包扎后好转,无伤口感染及排异反应病例,所有患儿颅骨生长对称,未见畸形;RapidflapTM LS可吸收颅骨锁在儿童颅骨固定中临床疗效与传统固定方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在儿童颅骨复位固定中,RapidflapTM LS可吸收颅骨锁固定复位骨瓣与传统固定材料疗效相当,其优点是可吸收性,不影响CT/MRI成像,不影响儿童颅骨生长发育,但目前价格昂贵,难以普及.%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of RapidflapTM LS resorbable cranial flap fixation in treatment of cranial reduction in children.Methods 64 children who needed to have skull bone flap fixed were collected.Among them,28 cases were fixed with RapidflapTM LS absorbable cranial fixation and 36 cases using traditional materials by the same surgeon.Postoperative complications and impacts on children's growth/development of the two fixation methods after the reduction of skull bone were recorded by another researcher in the follow-up study.Results Among children fixed with traditional materials,three cases were combined with subcutaneous fluid and three cases with bilateral skull development asymmetry.While in children fixed with RapidflapTM LS absorbable cranial fixation,two cases were combined with subcutaneous fluid rehabilitated after pressure bandage tagged puncture aspiration.No wound infection or rejection,no malunion and all children with symmetrical skull growth were observed.Compared with the traditional fixation materials,no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05) was found in children with RapidflapTM LS absorbable cranial fixation.Conclusion In the treatment of cranial reduction in children,RapidflapTM LS absorbable cranial fixation and traditional materials have the same clinical efficacy.Main advantage of RapidflapTM LS absorbable cranial fixation is its absorbability and has no effect on CT /MRI imaging and no effect on skull growth in children.Nevertheless,it is too expensive to be promoted at present.
