[目的]探讨神经生长因子治疗酒精性周围神经病(CAPN)患者的临床疗效.[方法]将CAPN患者56例分为两组:治疗组32例,肌注神经生长因子4 mL(1000 u),每日1次;对照组24例,给予肌注维生素B1 0.1 g,每日1次,每组均给予丹参静脉点滴及理疗辅助治疗.两组患者治疗前后均采用丹麦丹迪公司CantataTM型肌电图仪测定,比较两组患者症状、体征及正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV).[结果]患者四肢末端疼痛、麻木、蚁走感、走路不稳症状和腱反射、浅感觉治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前与治疗后及与治疗组治疗前比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后MNCV和SNCV显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗前与治疗后及与治疗组治疗前比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论]神经生长因子治疗酒精中毒性周围神经病患者疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.%[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of nerve growth factor for the treatment of patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy (CAPN). [ Methods] Totally 56 CAPN patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group( n = 32) was given nerve growth factor 4ml(1000u) by intramuscular injection once a day. The control group( n = 24) was given VitB1 0. 1g once a day by intramuscular injection. Both groups were given Danshen infusion and physical therapy. CantataTM electromyography machine was used in all patients. The symptoms, signs, motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were compared between two groups. [Results] There were significant differences in the pain, numbness, formication and ataxia symptoms of the extremities, tendon reflexes and superficial sensation of treatment group between before and after therapy( P ＜0. 05) , but there was no significant difference between before and after therapy in control group ( P ＞0. 05). MNCV and SNCV in treatment group after therapy were obviously higher than those before therapy( P ＜0. 05) , but there was no significant difference between control group or control group before and after therapy( P＞0. 05). [Con-clusion]Nerve growth factor for the treatment of CAPN patients has satisfactory effect, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
