PURPOSE: A nerve conduit for delivery of a nerve growth factor is provided, which improves cell adhesion and can be usefully used in peripheral nerve regeneration.;CONSTITUTION: A nerve conduit for delivery of a nerve growth factor is a conduit made of polymer. Collagen and nerve growth factor are coated in the inner surface of the conduit. The polymer is selected from a group consisting of paralene, SU-8, polynorbornene, and polyimide. The nerve conduit has 1-1000 pores per 100 mm^2. The pore has the diameter of 1-500 micrometers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
