MMP-1血清水平升高与前降支肌桥患者肌桥临近血管动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

[Objective]To detect the level of serum matrix metalloprotease-l(MMP -1) in patients of myo cardial bridge(MB) of left anterior descending(LAD) companying with atherosclerosis(AS) of adjacent vessel (group 1) and without AS of adjacent vessel(group 2) in order to provide the basis for understanding the role of MMP-1 in AS of adjacent vessel.[Methods]Clinical data of two groups were compared.The level of serum MMP- 1 and C- reactive protein(CRP) in two groups were measured.[Results]There was no significant differ ence in clinical characteristics and serum CRP between two groups.Serum MMP-1 level in group 1 was higher than that in Group 2(25.7 ± 6.1 ng/mL vs 12.6 ± 5.8 ng/mL, P ＜0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that MB of LAD companying AS is independently correlated to serum MMP- 1 level.[Conclusion]The elevated level of serum MMP- 1 may participate in the progression of AS of adjacent in patients with MB of LAD.%[目的]探讨MMP-1血清水平与前降支心肌桥(MB)临近血管动脉粥样硬化(AS)的相关性,为了解MMP-1在MB临近血管AS中的作用提供依据.[方法]检测前降支(LAD)MB伴临近血管AS(组别1)和不伴AS(组别2)患者血清MMP-1水平并比较两组患者的临床资料.[结果]两组患者临床特征与血清CRP水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),伴临近血管AS组患者MMP-1血清水平显著高于不伴AS组[(25.7±6.1) ng/mL vs (12.6±5.8) ng/mL,P<0.001],Logistic回归分析结果表明:LAD MB伴AS与MMP-1血清水平独立相关.[结论]MMP-1血清水平升高可能参与了LAD MB临近血管AS.
