一次性根管充填治疗隐裂牙伴牙髓炎的临床疗效分析

摘要

[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of one time root canal filling for the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis. [Methods]The clinical effect between one time root canal filling(the treatment group, 47 teeth) and tradition root canal filling(the control group, 50 teeth) ｆor the treatment oｆ cracked tooth was analyzed and compared retrospectively. [Results]During the treatment of root canal filling, the pain teac tion rate oｆ the treatment group and the control group were 17 ％ and 16％, respectively, but there was no significant difference between two groups( P ＞０.０1). The success rate of the treatment group was 97.9 ％ which was significantly higher than that of the control group(８4％)( P ＜０.０1). [Conclusion] One time root canal filling for the treatment of cracked tooth with pulpitis can effectively reduce the risk of the development of hidden crack, and improve the long term success rate of complete coronal restoration oｆ the diseased teeth after root canal therapy.%[目的]探讨一次性根管充填法治疗隐裂牙伴牙髓炎的临床疗效.[方法]回顾性分析并比较采用一次性根管充填治疗的47颗隐裂牙(治疗组)与采用传统根管充填治疗的50颗隐裂牙(对照组)的临床疗效.[结果]一次性根管充填治疗组治疗期间疼痛反应率17%与传统根管充填治疗组16%比较差异无显著性(P>0.01);一次性根管充填治疗组临床疗效成功率97.9%显著高于传统根管充填治疗组84%(P<0.01).[结论]在牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的治疗中,一次性根管充填可有效的减少治疗过程中隐裂继续发展的风险,并可提高患牙根管治疗术后全冠修复的远期成功率.
