Mta-1在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系

         

摘要

【目的】探讨转移相关基因(M t a-1)蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。【方法】选择甲状腺肿瘤石蜡组织标本160例,其中甲状腺癌120例和甲状腺腺瘤40例,另选择正常甲状腺组织50例。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测上述标本中M ta-1蛋白的表达,并检测其肿瘤微血管计数(M VC ),分析M ta-1蛋白的表达与肿瘤血管生成的关系。【结果】甲状腺癌中M ta-1阳性表达和M VC值明显高于正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺腺瘤,其差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。在120例甲状腺癌组织中,M ta-1的阳性表达和MVC值均与是否有颈部淋巴结转移、包膜完整性及 TNM 分期密切相关( P <0.01),而与其他临床病理特征指标无关( P >0.05)。甲状腺癌组织中 M ta-1表达与 M VC 值呈正相关( r =0.625, P <0.01)。【结论】M ta-1蛋白的异常表达与甲状腺癌的发生、浸润、淋巴转移等恶性潜能密切相关,其参与了甲状腺癌组织中肿瘤新生血管的生成。%To explore the expression of metastasis associated gene (Mta-1) in thyroid tumor and its correlation with tumor angiogenesis .[Methods] Paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 160 cases of thyroid tumor were selected .Among them ,120 cases were thyroid cancer and 40 cases were thyroid adenoma .Other 50 cases of normal thyroid tissue were selected .The expression of Mta-1 and microvessel count (MVC) were detected by using immunohistochemical SP method .The correlation between Mta-1 and tumor angiogenesis was analyzed .[Results]The positive expression rate of Mta-1 and MVD value in thyroid cancer were obviously higher than those in normal thyroid and thyroid adenoma ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) .The positive expression of Mta-1 and MVD in 120 cases of thyroid cancer were closely related to lymph node metastasis ,peplos integrity and TNM stage ( P <0 .05) ,but not related to other clinicopathological indicators ( P > 0 .05) .There was positive correlation between Mta-1 expression and MVD( r =0 .625 ,P < 0 .01) .[Conclusion]Abnormal expression of Mta-1 is closely related with the occurrence ,infiltration ,lymph node metastasis and other malignant potentials of thyroid cancer ,and may in-volve in tumor neo-angiogenesis of thyroid cancer .
