共情护理对艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响

摘要

[Objective]To investigate the effects of empathetic nursing in AIDS patients undergoing antiviral therapy.[Methods] A total of 84 AIDS patients who received antiviral therapy in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and control group using a random number table, with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions including health educa-tion,psychological intervention and medication supervision.Patients in the observation group received empathetic nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing intervention outlined above.During a follow-up after 12 months,the de-gree of anxiety and depression,treatment compliance,treatment effect and other indicators of the two groups were com-pared.[Results]The scores on the self-rated anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rated depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observa-tion group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of 80.95% in the control group(χ2=4.086,P <0.05). The CD4+T lymphocyte count was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the HIV viral load was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Empathetic nursing is not only conducive to anxiety-relief but also combats depression in AIDS patients undergoing antiviral therapy;it increases treatment compliance and,thereby,improves treatment outcomes.%[目的]探讨共情护理在艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中的应用效果.[方法]选择2014年6月至2016年5月于本院接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例.对照组给予包括健康教育、心理干预、用药督导等常规护理干预,观察组联合应用共情护理干预方法.随访12个月,比较两组焦虑抑郁程度、治疗依从性、治疗效果等指标的变化.[结果]随访12个月后,观察组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗依从率为95.24% 明显高于对照组的80.95%(χ2=4.086,P <0.05);CD4+T淋巴细胞计数明显高于对照组,HIV病毒载量明显低于对照组(P <0.05).[结论]共情护理有助于缓解艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪,规范治疗依从行为,提高治疗效果.
