维生素A和布地奈德对哮喘大鼠细胞因子IL-4、IL-10和IFN-γ的影响

             

摘要

目的 探讨维生素A和布地奈德对哮喘大鼠血清细胞因子IL-4 、IL-10 和IFN-γ的影响,为其在防治哮喘方面的应用提供实验依据.方法 将42只SD大鼠用卵蛋白建立哮喘模型,随机分成布地奈德组、维生素A组、哮喘组,每组各14只,干预1周,取心脏血进行细胞因子IL-4、IL-10和IFN-γ检测.结果 激发后第4周:三组间血清IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05).激发后第5周:细胞因子IL-4、IFN-γ水平维生素A组与哮喘组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),细胞因子IL-10水平维生素A组显著低于哮喘组(P<0.05)、高于布地奈德组(P<0.05);细胞因子IL-4水平布地奈德组显著低于哮喘组(P<0.05).结论 雾化吸入维生素A可使哮喘大鼠血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10降低,减轻哮喘炎症反应.%Objectives To investigate the effects of vitamin A and budesonide on serum cytokines IL-4, IL-l0 and IFN-γ in.the rat asthma model and to provide the theoretic basis for vitamin A in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 42 adult female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, The rats in group A were treated with Budesonide Group B Vitamin A and group C as the controls. There were 14 rats in each group. Blood samples were obtained to determine the IL-4, IL-l0 and IFN-γ levels by the ELISA method. Results After 4th week of stimulation, there was no significant difference in serum IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 levels among three groups. After 5th week of stimulation, the serum IL-10 level of Vitamin A group was significantly lower than that of Asthma group,higher than Budesonide group. The serum IL-4 level of Budesonide group was significantly lower than that of Asthma group. Conclusions The inhalation of vitamin A can make asthma serum cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 lower.
