慢性阻塞性肺疾病小气道常规肺功能与脉冲振荡法相关性分析

摘要

Objective To study the relationship small airway and Fres, R5-R20 in patients with chronic obstrctive pulmonary disease ( COPD), and to investigate the sensitive index of small airway change.Methods 148 cases of COPD in remission stage from January 2007 to April 2010, the relationship small airway and Fres,R5-R20,and 49 cases were observed 1 yeare to design the measured data and analyze them as paim byt-est.Results Fres, R5-R20 were negatively correlated to FEF50％ Pred、 FEF75％ Pred、 MMEF％ Pred ( P ＜0.01 ).There was statistical significance in FEF50％ Pred、 Fres、 R5-R20 ( P ＜ 0.05 ), and not statistical significance in FEF75％ Pred、MMEF％Pred.Conclusions Them was satisfactory relationship between small airway and Fres,R5-R20,in patients with chronic obstrctive pulmonary disease( COPD), and FEF50％ Pred 、Fres 、R5-R20 were he sensitive index of small airway change.%目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病共振频率(Fres)及周边气道粘性阻力(R5-R20)与小气道功能相关性,进一步探讨小气道变化敏感指标.方法 选择我院2007年1月至2010年4月148例慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者,Fres、R5-R20与小气道功能相关性分析,并随访1年49例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道功能及Fres、R5-R20行配对t检验.结果 Fres、R5-R20与FEF50%Pred、FEF75%Pred、MMEF%Pred明显负相关(P<0.01),随访1年49例患者,FEF50%Pred、Fres、R5-R20有统计学意义(P<0.05),FEF75%Pred、MMEF%Pred无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Fres、R5-R20与小气道功能有显著相关性,FEF50%Pred、Fres、R5-R20可为观察小气道变化敏感指标.
