老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核的早期诊断及治疗探讨

摘要

Objective To study clinic characteristic of COPD complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients. And discuss its Significance of early diagnosis and treatment research. Methods clinical data of 48 elderly inpatients with COPD complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results clinical symptoms, signs, imaging and laboratory examination of these patients were not typical,and they have many complications,high omission diagnostic rate and mistake diagnostic rate,the clinical doctor should pay high attention to the problems,it is very important to take early stage diagnosis and treatment for those patients.%目的 分析住院老年人慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺结核的临床特点 ,探讨其早期诊断及治疗措施.方法 对48例住院老年COPD合并肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结论 老年COPD合并肺结核的临床症状、体征、影像学及辅助检查均不典型,且合并症、并发症多,漏诊、误诊率高.应引起临床医师的高度重视,以早期诊断,及时治疗.
