慢性肺心病患者同型半胱氨酸与内皮素、前列环素的关系

摘要

目的 探讨肺心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素( ET)及前列环素(PGI2)的变化及其相互关系.方法 观察组30例肺心病患者,30例正常对照者,抽取空腹静脉血分别测定Hcy、ET及PGI2.结果 观察组血浆Hcy、ET,分别为(22.61±9.87)μmol/L、(108.25±31.56) pg/ml,显著高于对照组(P<0.01),PGI2为(88.64±27.12),低于对照组(P<0.01),相关性分析显示,Hcy、与ET呈正相关,与PGI2呈负相关.结论 肺心病患者血浆Hcy、ET显著增高,PGI2显著降低,Hcy、ET及PGI2在肺心病肺动脉高压形成过程中起重要作用.%Objective To investigate the variation and their mutual relationship of plasma Homocysteine ( Hcy XEndothlin ( ET ) and prostacyclin( PGI2 ) in chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Concentrations of Hcy、ET and 6-keto-PGFlα were determined in 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease( study group ) and 30 healthy people ( control group ). Results In study group, concentrations of Hcy ( 22. 61 ±9. 87 )μmol/L、ET( 108. 25 ±31. 56 ) pg/ml were higher than those in control group, concentrations of 6-keto-PGFla( 88. 64 ±27. 12 ) were lower than those in control group( P <0101 ). The concentrations of Hey was positively related with concentrations of ET and was negatively related with concentrations of 6-keto-PGFla. Conclusion Hcy、ET levels were significantly higher and PGI2 levels were significantly lower in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease ( P <0101 ), Hcy、ET and PGI2 play important roles in the formation of pulmonary hypertension in patients with chronic pulmonary heart.
