目的 观察纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗脑卒中后遗症合并肺炎临床疗效.方法 采用纤支镜肺泡灌洗加常规治疗脑卒中后遗症常合并肺炎32例与常规治疗30例作为对照.结果 肺泡灌洗组32例治愈率及有效率分别为56.25%、96.88%与对照组30例疗效有显著统计学差异.结论 纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗脑卒中后遗症常合并肺炎是安全有效的方法,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the curative effect oi bronchoiiberscope alveolar lavage in the treatment oi patients with stroke sequela complicated with pneumonia. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into the lavage group (n-32) and the control group( n-30). The control group was given the routine medical treatment, and the lavage group was treated with bronchoiiberscope alveolar lavage. Results The cure rates and effective rates in the lavage group were 56. 25% and 96. 88% respectively, which were significant -ly different from those in the control group ( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01 ). Conclusion Bronchoiiberscope alveolar lavage is a sale and effective method in the treatment oi patients with stroke sequela complicated with pneumonia. It's woith to be promoted widely in clinical practice.
