HRCT及三维重建(3 D)成像技术在小肺癌诊断中的应用价值探讨

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the application value of high resolution CT ( HRCT) and three-dimension-al reconstruction (3D) imaging technology in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 84 patients with pathologically confirmed lung cancer were given multi-slice spiral CT ( MSCT) scan and high resolution CT ( HRCT) scan. The MST findings, HRCT findings and pathological features and their images characteristics of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results The display rate of spinous process sign, short spiculation sign, lobulation sign, vascular convergence sign, pleural indentation sign, vacuole sign and bronchiolar vapor was better by HRCT than by MST ( P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in pleural damage between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion HRCT and 3D imaging technique is a sensitive method for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, and the result has a high clinical value.%目的:分析高分辨率CT(HRCT)及三维重建(3D)成像技术在小肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择84例病理证实为小肺癌的患者,所有患者均行多层螺旋CT( MSCT)扫描和高分辨率CT( HRCT)扫描,比对分析患者的MSCT表现、HRCT表现及各自的病变分布特点和影像学特征。结果棘突征、短毛刺征、分叶征、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征以及细支气管气相的显示率方面,HRCT要显著优于MSCT( P<0.05),虽然HRCT在叶间胸膜破坏征的显示率方面稍高于MSCT,但是两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论HRCT及3D成像技术是临床诊断小肺癌的敏感方法,其结果具有很高的临床参考价值。
