超声电导仪药物透入治疗初治菌阳空洞型肺结核疗效观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨超声电导仪经皮药物透入治疗初治空洞型肺结核的疗效. 方法 将我院100 例初治菌阳空洞型肺结核患者随机分成超声药透治疗组和单纯化疗组各50 例,单纯化疗组采用HRZE常规抗结核治疗,超声药透治疗组在常规抗结核治疗基础上给予超声电导仪靶向药物治疗,评估两种治疗方法的疗效. 2个月复查胸部CT对比,以病变吸收及痰菌转阴情况判断疗效. 结果 超声药透组痰菌转阴率、空洞闭合或缩小率均高于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论 超声电导仪经皮局部透药联合药物治疗可以使初治菌阳空洞型肺结核的疗效显著提高,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the curative effect of transdermal drug permeation therapy through ul-trasound conductimeter in the treatment of initial-treated smear-positive cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 100 cases of new smear positive patients with cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the pho-nophoresis group and the chemotherapy group, 50 cases in each group. The chemotherapy group was given HRZE regular anti-tuberculosis treatment, and the phonophoresis group was additionally given ultrasound conductimeter tar-geted drug therapy based on the conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment. The curative effect was evaluated between the two groups, and their chest CT, absorption and sputum negative conversion was observed 2 months after the treat-ment. Results The sputum negative conversion rate and the cavity closure or reduced rate were higher in the phono-phoresis group than in the chemotherapy group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The transdermal drug permeation therapy through ultrasound conductimeter has good curative effect in the treatment of initial-treated smear-positive cavernous pulmonary tuberculosise pulmonary tuberculosis cavity, which is worthy of widely clinical promotion.
