S100A4、VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其相关性的研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨S100A4、VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中的表达,分析与临床因素的关系,探讨其临床意义及两者的相关性.方法 收集非小细胞肺癌病例,免疫组化检测非小细胞肺癌及其转移淋巴结组织中S100A4和VEGF的表达,通过图像分析进行定量分析;分析S100A4和VEGF的表达与临床病理的关系,研究S100A4在非小细胞肺癌血管生成中与VEGF表达的相关性.结果 肺鳞癌、腺癌标本及其相关的转移淋巴结中S100A4、VEGF的表达的强度显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05).S100A4、VEGF在肺鳞癌、腺癌的表达中均与TNM分期有关(P<0.05);与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05).VEGF与S100A4在非小细胞肺癌的表达中呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 S100A4、VEGF参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展和转移,两者在肿瘤血管生成中有协同作用.%Objective To investigate the expression of S100A4 and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer tissues, and to analyze the correlation with clinical factors.Methods NSCLC cases were collected and the expression of S100A4 and VEGF in NSCLC and metastasis lymphnode tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method respectively, and the difference were done by Image-Pro Plus 6.0 image analysis software.The relationship of S100A4 and VEGF with clinical factors were further analyzed, and the correlation between the tumor angiogenesis of them in NSCLC was analyzed.Results The expression of S100A4 and VEGF proteins in lung squamous cell carcinomas, adenocarcinomas and metastasis lymphnode tissues were significantly higher than in adjacent no-malignant tissues (P<0.05).The expression of S100A4 and VEGF were significantly correlated with TNM stages (P<0.05), and not related with gender, age, tumor size and pathological grade (P>0.05).The expression of VEGF in NSCLC had significant relationship with S100A4 (P<0.05).Conclusion S100A4 and VEGF may play a role in the carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of the non-small cell lung cancer.Both of them have synergistic effect on tumor formation.
