女性护士睡眠信念态度现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the situation and influencing factors of beliefs and attitudes about sleep in female nurses .Methods A total of 1400 female nurses were randomly selected from our hospital via convenience sampling method and w ere investigated using beliefs and attitudes about sleep scale (BASS ).T he difference of beliefs and attitudes about sleep among female nurses with different basic data w ere compared by single factor analysis .M ultiple linear regression w as used to explore the influencing fac‐tors of the beliefs and attitudes about sleep in female nurses .Results The total score of BASS in all nur‐ses w as 82 .98 ± 14 .35 .T here w ere statistically significant differences in BASS score among all nurses w ith different age ,degree of education ,marital status ,w ork seniority ,frequency of night shifts ,department category ,condition of chronic disease ,duration of pregnancy and lactation or no t ,regular exercise or not ( P＜0 .05 or 0 .01).Age ,degree of education ,frequency of night shif ts ,condition of chronic disease ,du‐ration of pregnancy and lactation or not w ere the influencing factors of beliefs and attitudes about sleep ( P＜0 .01).Conclusion T he overall level of beliefs and attitudes about sleep of nurses is low .Age ,de‐g ree of education ,frequency of night shif ts ,condition of chronic disease ,duration of pregnancy and lacta‐tion or no t w ere the influencing factors of beliefs and attitudes about sleep .%目的 探讨女性护士睡眠信念态度现状及其影响因素.方法 采用方便抽样法选取我院1 400名护士作为研究对象.应用睡眠信念态度量表对护士进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析比较不同资料护士的睡眠信念态度差异,采用多元线性回归分析探讨护士睡眠信念态度的影响因素.结果 护士睡眠信念态度总分为(82.98 ± 14 .35)分.不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、工作年限、大夜班频率、科室类别、慢性病情况、是否处于妊娠或哺乳期、是否规律进行身体锻炼的护士的睡眠信念态度比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0 .05或0 .01) .年龄、文化程度、大夜班频率、慢性病情况、是否处于妊娠或哺乳期是护士睡眠信念态度的影响因素(P＜0 .01).结论 护士睡眠信念态度水平较低,年龄、文化程度、大夜班频率、慢性病情况、是否处于妊娠或哺乳期均是睡眠信念态度的影响因素.
