品管圈活动对预防精神科住院患者跌倒实践

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle (QCC) ap‐plication on fall incidence of psychiatric inpatients .Methods The QCC was es‐tablished ,measures preventing fall were carried out via analyzing fall causes of patients ,and pre‐and post‐post‐QCC fall incidences of inpatients in our hospital compared .Results After developing the QCC fall in‐cidence of psychiatric inpatients lowered from 1 .4% to 0 .Conclusion The QCC development in psychiatric department could effectively reduce the occurrence of inpatients ’ fall events and raise patients’ satisfac‐tio n .%目的：探讨将品管圈活动应用于精神科管理对降低患者跌倒发生率的影响。方法组建品管圈，通过对患者跌倒原因进行分析，实施防跌倒措施，比较开展品管圈活动前后我院住院患者跌倒发生率情况。结果开展品管圈活动后精神科住院患者跌倒发生率由1．4％下降为0。结论在精神科开展品管圈活动可有效减少住院患者跌倒事件的发生，提高患者的满意度。
