根据睡眠脑电图的特点,神经介质的影响和各脑结构的功能特点,作者提出睡眠的神经功能模型,并以此解释自然睡眠、睡眠的变异形态、药物和非药物干预的作用机制.通过这个模型,有助于对睡眠非药物干预的理解,对不同类型失眠的干预更具针对性,有利于提高干预效果.%According to the characteristics of sleep EEG, effects of neurotransmitters, and functional characteristics of various brain structures author puts forward the neural function model of sleep to explain natural sleep, the variation of sleep, and mechanism of drug and non drug intervention.This model contributes to the understanding of non drug intervention in sleep, interventions based on the model in different types of insomnia are more purposeful, and improve the effect of intervention.
