胰石蛋白在胰腺损伤及脓毒症中的意义

胰石蛋白(PSP)主要由胰腺腺泡细胞合成和分泌，是胰腺外分泌产物，胃肠细胞等也分泌少量，属于胰腺分泌的应激蛋白家族成员之一。PSP在急慢性胰腺炎、糖尿病、炎症性肠病及消化道肿瘤等患者中升高。近年来，一些研究表明其在胰腺损伤及脓毒症中有潜在的临床价值。文章对胰石蛋白在胰腺损伤及脓毒症中研究进展作一综述。%Pancreatic stone protein (PSP) is the product of exocrine pancreas mainly synthesized and secreted by the pancreas acinar cells, a small amount secreted by gastrointestinal cells. PSP is one of stress protein family members secreted in the pancreas. PSP increased in acute and chronic pancreatitis, diabetes, inlfammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal tumors. In recent years, some studies showed that PSP has potential clinical value in pancreatic injury and sepsis. In this article, we reviewed the progress of pancreatic stone protein in pancreatic injury and sepsis.
